Terms and Conditions
Effective 14 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Heive — the app, the site, the bot, exported files, and everything related. By using Heive, or by continuing after these Terms change, you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Read this even if you read nothing else
Heive is an information and organisation tool. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for a qualified doctor. Everything here is compiled from public sources and is for general education only. Many substances described are not approved for human use where you live, are sold for laboratory research only, or have never been tested in humans at all. Any decision to obtain, prepare, administer, combine, or stop any substance is yours alone, taken at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for it and its consequences.
1. Who may use Heive
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for knowing the laws where you live about possessing, importing, and administering anything described here. We do not verify your age, location, or health status, and we take on no duty to do so.
2. What Heive is — and is not
Heive collects and organises publicly available information: study counts, described mechanisms, reported dose ranges and schedules, reported risks, and community practice. It also gives you calculators, calendars, and exports that arrange what you enter.
Nothing here is medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, legal, or financial advice. Nothing is individualised to you. No doctor-patient or other professional relationship is created by using Heive, by contacting us, or by anything our automated and AI-assisted features produce. Ranges, calculated volumes, vial counts, and timelines are arrangements of published and community-reported figures — the fact that a number appears here is not a suggestion that you use it.
Speak to a licensed physician before starting, changing, combining, or stopping anything. In an emergency, call emergency services — do not rely on this app.
3. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that the substances described may be experimental, unapproved, counterfeit, contaminated, or unlawful where you are; that their effects and long-term consequences may be unknown; that injection, reconstitution, storage, and disposal carry risks including infection, injury, hormonal disturbance, organ damage, disability, and death; and that individual response varies, so what suits one person may harm another.
You are solely responsible for sourcing, verifying, dosing, preparing, administering, monitoring, and discontinuing anything you choose to use, and for arranging medical supervision and lab work. You use Heive voluntarily and accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your own choices.
4. Accuracy and sources
Content comes from open sources and may be incomplete, outdated, mistaken, or superseded. Study counts are retrieved automatically and may miscount. Community practice is anecdote, not evidence, and is labelled as such. We do not test, verify, or endorse any claim, product, vendor, laboratory, or clinic mentioned anywhere in the app, and we may change or remove content at any time.
5. Third parties
Heive may link to or work with outside sites, bots, and marketplaces. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, legality, safety, or handling of your data. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
6. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the security of your account and everything done through it. Do not use Heive to obtain, supply, or promote unlawful substances, to present its output as medical advice to others, to scrape or resell it, or to interfere with how it runs. We may suspend access at any time.
7. What you enter
You keep ownership of your data. You give us a licence to host, store, process, and display it as needed to run and improve Heive, and to use it in aggregated, de-identified form. Do not submit anyone else’s personal or health information without their consent.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its software, interface, structure, text, compilations, and marks belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to use Heive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
9. No warranties
Heive is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and availability. We do not warrant that Heive will be uninterrupted, error-free, or correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our founders, owners, staff, contractors, advisers, contributors, licensors, or partners are liable for injury, illness, death, disability, loss of health, loss of income, loss of data, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Heive, anything in it, any substance you obtain or administer, or any decision you make — in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the previous twelve months or fifty euros. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Heive and the people listed above against claims, losses, fines, and costs — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of Heive, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any harm connected to a substance or decision associated with your use of the app.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. What you record about your own protocol is sensitive; you choose to enter it, and you are responsible for what you share by export, invitation, or screenshot.
13. Payments
Paid tiers, credits, and subscriptions are billed as described at purchase. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and paid features may change as Heive evolves.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continuing to use Heive after that date is acceptance. We may modify or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Sections 2 to 11 and 15 survive termination.
15. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Heive is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere. Raise any dispute with us directly first, and bring claims individually rather than as part of a class action, so far as the law allows. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
16. Contact
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms are the whole agreement between us. Questions and notices: legal@heive.app.
Heive is not a pharmacy, a clinic, or a supplier. It sells no substances and prescribes nothing.
